1 stick margarine 1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs 1 cup flour
12 oz chocolate syrup

topping:
1 stick margarine 1/3 cup evap.milk
1 cup sugar 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Boil 2 minutes and pour over hot cake

Mix first set of ingredients and pour into lightly greased10 X 13 Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. or until done. Pour topping over cake while still warm. Keep refrigerated.
