1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 3 c. grated carrots, 2 c. granulated sugar, 3 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt, 4 eggs well beaten, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
Bake in greased and floured 13"x9" (one hour) or 2 rounds (30-45 minutes) at 350º.
