1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 to 1 pkg taco seasoning
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together. Add taco seasoning; mix. Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick; pour over meat mixture and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 mins. Garnish with cheese. Put in oven and let melt. Remove from oven. Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, or anything else you would put on tacos.
