2.5 bags of popcorn
1 cup butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place 5-6 quarts of popped popcorn (about 2.5 bags) in a large baking pan with sides, being careful to remove any unpopped kernels. Mix the butter, brown sugar and salt in a medium saucepan until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well-it may foam up.
Pour toffee over popcorn and stir well. Bake in the oven at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and break apart.
