2 c. grits, uncooked
4 c. boiling water
16 oz. Velveeta cheese (save some for the top)
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 eggs in 2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add uncooked grits to boiling water, stirring constantly until thick. Add butter and chopped cheese stirring all the time. Put 2 eggs in cup and beat well, fill cup with milk and add to grits, then beat other 2 eggs in cup and add milk to fill cup. Mix into grits. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 min.. Last few min., cover with Velveeta cheese.
