1 c. canned Evaporated Milk or Heavy Cream, whipped
1 can Lemonade or Juice of 3-4 lemons
Pinch or two of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Sugar
Whole Milk

Mix ingredients together, pour into ice cream maker cylinder [old fashioned hand crank or electric] add dasher then pour in milk to fill line.
