Round steak, tenderized Sliced onions Flour Tomato juice Salt and pepper to taste
Dredge the steaks in flour and brown in a greased pan over medium heat. Place in a casserole dish and top with sliced onions and add tomato juice till the ingredients are covered. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
