1/2 c. crisco
1 1/2 c. br. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut up

1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the br. sugar and shortening and then add the egg and milk, mix together. Next, combine the dry ingredients and blend. Add the cut up rhubarb. Pour the batter into a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with the white sugar/cinnamon mix and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
