1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, cut up
1 onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 small 8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 med. box macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, green pepper, salt and Italian seasoning. Add soup and diced tomatoes, simmer while noodles are cooking. Add mushrooms. Ad noodles to tomato mixture, put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Garnish with mozzzarella and chedar cheeses. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes covered with aluminum wrap, then 5 more minutes uncovered.
