2 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
2/3 c. salsa
1/3 c. sliced green onions
3/4 to 1 tspn. ground cumin
1/2 tspn. salt
1/2 tspn. dried oregano
6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 c. (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
sour cream and guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, combine the first six ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 mins or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Brush one side of tortillas with butter. Spoon 1/3 c. chicken mixture over half of unbuttered side of each tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/3 c. cheese, fold plain side of tortilla over in half. Fry tortillas in large Teflon skillet until just a little crunchy and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
