1 pound cheese tortellini
4 oz. sliced bacon
6 T. butter
2 cups arugula (about 1 bunch)
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the tortellini according to the package directions. Cook bacon until crisp.; Reserve bacon and discard drippings. Wipe out skillet and return to medium heat. Add butter, melt. Remove from heat. Break bacon into small pieces and add to skillet with arugula , salt, pepper and tortellini. Toss well.
