1 14 ounce package sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
4 large egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 325
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the coconut, almonds, sugar, lemons zest and salt. Stir in the egg whites.
Drop mounds of the mixture (each = to 2 T.) onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake; switching the sheets halfway through, until the edges begin to brown, 20-25 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks to cool completely.
