1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 T. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425.
Grease muffin pan.
In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients beating by hand just until smooth. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
