1 c. diced potatoes (red or white)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet crumple ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Brown onion at the same time. (If needed, drain any grease.) In sauce pan, boil celery and potatoes; drain. Combine all ingredients, including soups. Add milk if it gets too thick, about 1/3 cup.
