Crust:
16 graham crackers, rolled fine
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Filling:
1 & 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 heaping T. corn starch
1 T. butter
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix ingredients and pack in pie tin (reserve 1 cup)

For filling, mix together and pour into crust. Top with remaining graham cracker mixture.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

This is my favorite recipe from Grandma Morrison. She would top it with meringue. I would get very excited whenever she made it - a good memory from childhood and Grandma Morrison.
