Salad:

3 c. torn spinach leaves
1 medium pear, sliced
1 c. seedless red grapes
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. pecan pieces



Lemon Honey Dressing:
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 T. oil
2 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach on large platter or individual salad plates. Arrange pear, grapes, celery and pecans decoratively on top. Drizzle with 1/2 of dressing. Serve with remaining dressing.
