1 c. butter flavored Crisco (one stick)
1/2 c. softened butter (one stick)
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 1/8 c. flour
3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Mix Crisco, butter, 2 1/4 cups sugar, and eggs thoroughly. Sift together: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; stir into wet ingredients. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon & sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Angie's "secret" is to bake them for 8 minutes then let them cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before taking them off.
