1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 (21 oz.) cans pie filling (peach, apple, or cherry)

Directions:
Directions:
Dump pie filling in cast iron Dutch oven. Stir in cake mix until blended in fruit juices. Cover Dutch oven and sit it on top of 8 to 10 hot coals. Place 10 to 12 hot coals on top. Let stand for 20 minutes. If not brown on top, check at 5 minute intervals. Serve out of Dutch oven.
