2 lb.. chicken breast
2 cans sweet corn
2 cans black beans
4 c. fresh salsa
2 fresh lemons, juiced
2 T. garlic powder
2 T. cumin powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips to garnish

Directions:
Boil chicken breast until fully cooked. Let chicken cool in bowl. In lg. pot add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Once chicken is cooled, pull apart into shredded pieces. Serve with crumbled chips, cheese and sour cream on top. Add additional lemon for more kick.
