1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. regular oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. walnuts (or other)
1 large egg
2 c. blackberries (or other)
3 nectarines (or oranges)
1/4 c. maple syrup
vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream

Place 1st 7 ingredients (dry) in a blender, pulse until blended and nuts ground. Pour this mixture in a bowl and add the egg; stir until moistened. Place washed fruit in a large bowl; stir in the maple syrup to coat the fruit. Pour fruit mixture into a shallow baking dish and crumble flour mixture evenly over the fruit. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. Top with yogurt or ice cream. Serves 6, maybe! Sooo yummy!
