4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
7 T margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups corn flakes
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream, softened
chocolate shavings
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, brown sugar and margarine over low heat. When it bubbles, cook for 1 minute. Add vanilla and corn flakes. Spread in 9X13 cake pan. Freeze. When firm, spread with ice cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and chopped pecans. Return to freezer until ready to serve. Serves 12.
