3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 T vinegar
1/2 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 lb cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add onion, cucumber, salt and vinegar. Combine salad dressing and cottage cheese, and stir into cucumber mixture. Pour into serving dish or mold and refrigerate until set. Serves 4-5.
