1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1 medium head cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar, water, sugar and seasonings until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool. Chop cabbage. Mix with onion and green pepper. Pour cooled dressing over vegetables. Serves 6-8.
