3 oz. cream cheese
2.5 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring (mint, orange extract, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until smooth cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add sugar gradually to softened cream cheese. Add vanilla or other flavoring. Mix in food coloring if desired. Use about 9 drops yellow and 6 drops red for pumpkins. Chill about 1 hour. Roll into balls in hands, flatten slightly and use fork to make lines on sides. Use a piece of nut for stem. These could also be shaped into strawberries, lemons, oranges, cherries, etc. Put on waxed paper and chill until firm.
