Ingredients:  
2-3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (I usually use closer to 2 cups)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
8 flour tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce (I use a mild red sauce)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (you can add more if desired)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream. Fill tortillas and roll.

Place in greased 9x13 dish with seams down. Top with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake @ 375 for approx. 20 min.
