2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
12 tablespoons melted margarine, divided
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, eggs, 6 tbsp. margarine, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar in bowl; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1.5- or 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Mix cornflakes, pecans, brown sugar and remaining 6 tbsp.s melted margarine in a bowl. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer.
