6 eggs
1 qt. cream
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. imitation vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1.5 qts. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Pour cream into beaten eggs. Beat until light. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Add milk and beat. Pour this mixture into the freezer can of a 6 quart freezer.

Pack freezer with ice and rock salt (about 2 cups) and turn until frozen.

We served 50 using one small scoop per serving (ed. note: those must have been really small scoops).
