Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, hot water, dried parsley and dried oregano. In a separate bowl, mix cottage (or ricotta), mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray. Layer 1/3 sauce mix / 4 strips lasagna noodles / 1/2 cheese mix / 4 strips lasagna noodles / 1/3 sauce mix / 1/2 cheese mix / 4 strips lasagna noodles and 1/3 sauce mix.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have also been successful in freezing the unbaked lasagna. When the kids were little I would make two pans at one time and put one in the freezer for another busy night. Just take out of freezer and bake an additional 30 minutes if frozen or thaw in fridge and bake as directed.
