2 1/2 cups milk
Lump of oleo
3 eggs, salted
2/3 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk with oleo
In a large bowl, slightly beat eggs, salt, and sugar
Add milk and nutmeg to egg/sugar mixture
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 425 for 10 min., then 400 for l0 min., or until filling is firm.
