4 TBS COCOA POWDER

1/2 OF A 7 OZ CHOCOLATE HERSHEY BAR

1/3 CUP OF SEMI-CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1/2 CUP OF SUGAR

5 TBS OF FLOUR

A DASH OF SALT

2 EGG YOLKS

2 CUPS OF MILK

2 TSP VANILLA

9 INCH BAKED PIE SHELL: REFER TO THE PIE CRUST RECIPE AND DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS.

PAT DOUGH ALL AROUND THE SIDES AND TOWARDS THE MIDDLE, TAKE THE OVERLAPPING DOUGH ON THE EDGES AND FOLD UNDER AND PINCH TOGETHER. PRICK THE DOUGH WITH A FORK ALL AROUND THE SIDES. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES. IF NOT GOLDEN BROWN, BAKE AN EXTRA 5 PLUS MINUTES ON 350 DEGREES.

MIX COCOA, SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SALT. FLATTEN ALL BUMPS AND ADD EGG YOLKS. MIX MILK GRADUALLY. STIR ON MEDIUM HEAT AND LET IT COME TO A FULL BOIL, SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD VANILLA. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND CHOCOLATE BAR AND CHIPS- STIRRING UNTIL COMPLETELY MELTED. LET IT SET FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. STIR AGAIN AND POUR INTO A BAKED PIE SHELL. LEAVE IT SET OUT AT ROOM TEMP UNTIL ALMOST COOL AND PLACE SARAN WRAP OVER TOP AND REFRIGERATE IT UNTIL IT'S COMPLETELY COOLED. THIS SHOULD ONLY TAKE 45-60 MINUTES. AFTER IT COOLS, TOP WITH LITE COOL WHIP AND SMOOTH OUT FOR FINISHED LOOK. GARNISH WITH CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS AND CHERRIES.
