1 can shrimp, cut in small pieces, save liquid
6 medium potatoes; peeled, boiled, cubed
1/2 c. celery, chopped OR
dash celery seed
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain shrimp and reserve juice. Mix mayonnaise with enough juice to make a creamy dressing. Mix all ingredients together. It is best to let the mixture set awhile to season. Before serving, sprinkle paprika on top. Can be served with hard boiled eggs on top.
