Marinate roast with worcestershire sauce overnight in a roasting pan in refrigerator (stainless steel, galvanized or ceramic) with lid. Roast on low 250 degrees for 6-8 hours. Add vegetables - carrots and potatoes. Dip veggies in roast juices, or spray them with cooking oil spray. sprinkle them with seasoning salt.
