2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 tsp. Thyme
12 oz. ham, cut into 1" cubes
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 oz. cream cheese cut into 1/2 " cubes
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1 can green peas

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place potatoes on the bottom, add thyme and ham. Spread soup evenly over potatoes and ham. Cook on high for 3 to 5 hours.

Gently stir in cream cheese, green onions and peas. Cover and cook five minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Give it a good stir before serving.
