3 squares (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar

1/4 tsp. salt
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add the melted chocolate and sugar and blend well. Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and blend well. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Shape the dough into balls about one inch. Dredge each ball in confectioner's (powdered) sugar. Coat thoroughly. Put on greased cookie sheet (or use parchment paper), 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies may seem slightly underdone, but will firm up after cooking as they cool.
