8 oz uncooked fettuccine
2 T butter
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced carrots
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 t finely chopped garlic
1 t dried basil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t coarse ground pepper
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Meanwhile melt butter in skillet, add broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, onion & garlic. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until vegetable are crisp tender (4-5 minutes) Stir in basil, salt & pepper. Add fettuccine and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese melts
