1/4 t. corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3 eggs
2 cups cooked rice
1 t vanilla
1 t nutmeg
1 cup cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
mix sugar and cornstarch, add to milk. Bring milk to a boil, add well beaten eggs. Remove from heat, add vanilla and nutmeg, stir well. Add rice. Cool. When well chilled add cool whip.
