1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. dried oregano or italian seasoning
2 1/4 tsp. yeast

Place all ingredients in the order above in bread machine. Select and bake on Basic/White cycle. Do not use delay. Cool on wire rack.

Of course we add more garlic and oregano. I usually check dough as it is mixing and add a teaspoon or two of water if it is not mixing in all the flour.
