3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pastry for double crust pie
about 5 pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and salt together and sprinkle over blueberries. Drizzle lemon juice over mixture. Put ingredients in deep dish pie shell. Arrange butter pats over berries. Place top crust over blueberries, flute the edges, and make 4 diagonal slices in top of crust. Sprinkle small amount of sugar over top crust.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
