1 (28 oz.) pkg. frozen shoestring French fries
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pasta sauce
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Spread the fries on a baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the beef in a medium saucepan over medium heat, crumbling it with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 7 minutes. Spoon off and discard any excess fat.

Stir in the pasta sauce and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Transfer to an 8" square baking dish or a 9" deep pie plate.

Top with the fries and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with the salt. Spoon into individual bowls and serve.

Personal Notes:
This is also good with the french fries on the bottom and the meat and sauce on top.
