Crust:
3/4 c. oleo
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs, room temp.
Filling:
1 8oz.cream cheese, room temp.
3 1/3 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)

Directions:
Directions:
For crust- Heat oleo and water to boil. Remove from heat and immediately add flour, all at once. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Cool at least 5 min. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each. Spread mixture in buttered jellyroll pan (10x15). Bake at 325 for 40-45 min. If crust puffs up, press raised portion down as it cools. Cool completely
Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with a little of the milk. Add pudding and rest of milk. Beat until it thickens. Spread on cooled crust
Top with 8oz. cool whip. Drizzle sugar-free choc. syrup over topping.
