14 Ritz crackers, rolled
3 egg whites-few grains of cream of tartar and salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites stiff. Fold in rest of ingredients.
Put in greased pie plate. Bake 30 min. @ 350
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
A quick and easy dessert for 4-6 servings.
