3 egg whites (large) 1 c. sugar Salt 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar gradually. Add rest of ingredients when whites are stiff. Makes 8 large, or about 3 doz. small. Spoon on to parchment or brown paper. Bake in 250º oven for 1 hr.
