2 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. choc. chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c oil
1 T vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl. beat cream cheese, 1/3 c sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in choc. chips by hand; set aside. In large bowl, combine four, sugar cocoa, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Fill paper lined muffin cups half full. Top each with tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture. sprinkle almond-sugar mixture evenly over cram cheese mixture, if desired. Bake for 20 -30 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is light golden brown. Cool 15 min. remove form pans. Cool completely, Store in refrigerator
