Chicken
3 garlic cloves
2 T. butter
1 c. catsup
2T sugar
2 T. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c water
3 small onion slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic cloves (minced) in butter and then add catsup, sugar, worchestires sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, water, heat to boil cover and simmer for 10 min. Preheat oven to 375. Arrange chicken in roasting pan, arrange onion over chicken. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 1 hr. & 15 min.
