6 peppers
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c. raw rice
1/2 c celery chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 c. tomato juice
Sauce:
2 c. tomato soup
1 c. tomato juice

Mix first 10 ingredient except peppers together and fill pepper with mixture. Cover with sauce and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325
