1 (70-oz.) box small macaroni or shells
2 c. boiled shrimp
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash of sugar
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
1 (sm.) jar pimentos
2 boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1/4 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on pkg. of pasta for cooking. Prepare shrimp and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and sugar. Add bell pepper, celery, onions, pimentos, eggs and dill pickles; mix well. Add shrimp and chill before serving. Top with grated cheese to serve.
