1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 T. flour
2 lb. shrimp, uncooked & deveined
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Celery soup, undiluted
cayenne pepper
1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cayenne pepper over shrimp and refrigerate overnight. Saute in a lg. pot the onions, bell pepper, and celery until tender. Add shrimp and cook another 5 min.. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir well. Add soups, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Stir a few min. until warm. Serve over rice.
