1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3) cut into spears
1 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 3) cut into spears
1/2 c. Zesty Italian dressing
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped fresh parsley (may substitute dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Line a 15" X 10" pan with foil. Toss potatoes to coat in salad dressing. Place on prepared pan. Bake 30 min. Turn potatoes. Bake an additional 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese the last 5 min. of baking. Sprinkle with parsley. For extra flavor sprinkle with a little garlic powder before baking.
