4 cup sliced cooked carrots
1/2 lb velvetta cheese
1/3 lb butter
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion in rings, saute in butter. Layer cooked carrots, onions, butter and cheese

Bake 1 hour at 350 Last 5 minutes top with bettered bread crumbs or potatoes chips
