Bottom crust: Use one vanilla wafer.

2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 egg whites stiffly beaten
1 c. canned pumpkin
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients in the order given, except the egg whites, beating constantly until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Fill the cupcake papers 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes at 325.

Glaze: Combine ingredients and spoon onto individual cheese cakes. Then, bake 5 minutes longer. Cool thoroughly before serving. Makes about 28. Garnish with a pumpkin-shaped candy placed on a tooth pick.
